Choose a quiet moment and light the candle as you settle into your space. Use it while meditating, journalling, reflecting or simply unwinding at the end of the day.

Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use. On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly towards the edges of the vessel to help prevent tunnelling.

Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from draughts, children, pets and flammable objects. Never leave a burning candle unattended or exceed the maximum burn of 4 hours.
